Case De packer is used to offload bottles from cartons and places on conveyor

The machine works on the principle of top load pick and place mechanism

Carton with empty bottles are fed to the case packer with flap opened condition

Carton / CLD is erected manually and fed for decasing operation

Pick up head comprise of vacuum suction heads to hold up the bottles – change part

Bottle locators are suitably designed and fitted to the pick up head – a change part

The machine is made of sturdy powder coated SS base and SS 304 contact parts

Single pick up head – single lane Infeed Model. pneumatics : FESTO /SMC make

Vacuum pick up plate is a change part depending upon the CLD size

Allen bradley PLC withcsafety covers – safety light curtain is optional extra

Out feed conveyor belt is covered in customer scope or optional extra

Speed of the machine : up to 10 pick up x size of the matrix of one layer
