Automatic side load model case packer integrated with carton erection assembly
The jumbo model is suitably designed to pack relatively bigger size master cartons
Product from the final packing line is stacked vertically as per the matrix size
Based on completion of a layer, it is pushed inside the carton through side load
After completion of both the layers, the carton is pushed to folding taping line
Both the side flaps are closed and taped on both the sides and ejected out
The machine is made of sturdy MS powder coated base and SS contact parts
Safety covers are provided with the machine/safety light curtain – optional extra
Infeed conveyor belt is covered in customer scope or at our scope at extra cost
Speed of the machine – depends upon the matrix size – max. upto 180 units/min
Single lift up – single lane infeed model. pneumatics : FESTO /SMC make
Basic machine is supplied with one set and change over parts as applicable extra
Power : 2 Hp air requirement : 25 CFM at 6 bar – FAD – dried compressed air
Easily adjustable size change overs with lesser change parts requirement
