ROUND DISHWASH BAR CUTTING MACHINE:

• Adhisakthi is a pioneer in the manufacture of high speed round dish wash bar cutting machines.
• The round bar from the plodder will be cut by special purpose heavy duty cylinder
• The cut bars sent to the horizontal pusher station
• Infeed primary horizontal pusher pass the bar to secondary pusher
• Secondary pusher feeds to bar to vertical slicing station
• Vertical slicing is done by a special heavy duty vertical cylinder
• Cutting is done by the standard thickness given by the customer
• Change parts are required for changing the bar thickness
• The off cuts after slicing need to be manually removed
• The slices are taken by a take up conveyor for placement in plastic cups
• Slice need to be placed in cups manually and sent to stamping machine
• Pneumatic jet lock locates the TUBS to press and emboss
